Kennebec Valley Neuromuscular Massage. Serving you in the Augusta-Gardiner and Waterville areas, Kelly is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 15 years experience, and the founder of KVNM. Specializing in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, her goal is to help people get out of pain and / or help manage their pain conditions. She believes in empowering and educating the client with knowledge, skills & self-treatment programs to expedite their healing and give clients the tools they need to help themselves. Kelly is passionate about helping people get their lives back from the limitations of stress, pain and injury. Kelly graduated from Fuller Circle’s School for Therapeutic Massage (Waterville, Maine) in June 2002. She was also mentored for 5 years by (late) Dan Giovacchini, A Neuromuscular Massage Specialist in New England who authored the “Soft Tissue Injury Management” portion of the Federal OSHA “Maine 200 Program.” Dan authored and taught groundbreaking workplace injury management curricula at the University of Maine and the Maine Technical College System.

24 hour Cancellation Policy Massage Therapy is physically demanding work. Due to the limited number of appointments available in a day we ask that if you must cancel, Please call as soon as possible. Same day cancellations are subject to a flat fee charge & “No shows” are responsible for paying for the session in full.
Payment: Cash, check or debit/credit card including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. (Sorry, no American Express) are all accepted forms of payment.
Medical Attention Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical, chiropractic or psycho-therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. Un-diagnosed medical and physical ailments should be treated by qualified medical specialists. Please make us aware of any symptoms or medical treatments that you are receiving.
Massage Therapists do not diagnose medical conditions nor are they allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor’s supervision. The therapist is required to refer you for diagnosis and to follow recommendations of your physician.
Zero Tolerance Policy Any inappropriate behavior, illicit or sexually suggestive remarks / actions made, and the like, will result in immediate termination of the session. In that event, the client will be responsible for full payment of said scheduled appointment, and asked not to return.
We respect your own privacy and you will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. You will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
